Ace Terms & Conditions — Rules and Conditions of Use

1. Eligibility to Use the Service

To use ace's services, you must be a legal resident of Bangladesh and at least 18 years of age. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful. Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited, and ace reserves the right to cancel any such account at any time. Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and will be considered a direct violation of the terms and conditions.

2. Account Security & Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login credentials completely confidential. Sharing your password or access information with anyone else is strictly prohibited. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the ace support team immediately. ace will never ask for your password via email or message, so please be cautious of any such communications.

3. Financial Transactions & Payments

All financial transactions on the ace platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Compliance with the specified limits and procedures for deposits and withdrawals is mandatory. A verification process may be required before withdrawing deposited funds. Depositing funds from any fraudulent or illegal source is strictly prohibited, and any such transaction detected will result in account suspension. ace reserves the right to report any suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.

4. Prohibited Activities

Any form of fraud, manipulation, or use of automated software on the ace platform is strictly prohibited. Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users is a violation of the terms and conditions. Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform is prohibited, and any such incident detected will result in permanent account closure. Using ace's services for money laundering or any other illegal purpose is a criminal offense. ace reserves the right to take strict action against any such activities.

5. Right to Modify Terms & Conditions

Ace reserves the right to partially or fully modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified as far in advance as possible for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after updated terms and conditions are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. Users are advised to visit this page regularly to stay informed about updates. If a user objects to any change, they may request that their account be closed.

6. Right to Suspend or Terminate Service

Ace reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any user's account for any reason, particularly in cases of terms and conditions violations. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance or legal reasons. ace is not obligated to provide any compensation in such circumstances. Any remaining balance after account termination will be returned in accordance with the applicable rules; however, if the account is terminated due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited. Any complaints regarding service termination may be submitted through the designated channels.

7. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute between ace and a user will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the matter will be settled in a competent court in Bangladesh. By accepting these terms and conditions, the user consents to the jurisdiction of Bangladesh. If any part of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid, the remaining parts shall remain fully in effect.
